If you are seeing this page you are either just exploring or you have a problem and if you do have a problem I am sorry for the inconvenience.

Please read through this list of known issues before you send me any E-Mails about problems that you are experiencing.

Most web pages don't include a built in troubleshooting guide, but this page was not designed by your average web designer. I believe that technology should make life simpler not more difficult and a broken web page that is not giving you the information that you want is just not making your life any simpler. So I included this guide to help you straighten out any problems quickly and easily. If you run into any problem not covered in this guide feel free to E-Mail me at Mattalex87@hotmail.com and I will try to answer your questions as soon as possible.

This page uses Macromedia Flash Technology for animations. Flash allows complex animations to be compressed to a very small size so that the download time for even a complex web page like this will be very fast.

I made extensive use of Flash animations on this page but don't be concerned all web browsers that we tested worked fine after downloading a simple plugin. for more information about this go to section 2.

Section 1. deals with basic problems.

Section 2. deals with Flash issues.

Section 3. deals with Operating System compatibility.

This page was optimized to run with a screen resolution of 1024X768 and at least 16bit color depth.

If you are having problems with the web page fitting on the screen check your screen resolution.

If the colors are not displaying right check the color depth.(If you are having problems with your colors and you are using a MAC please refer to the Operating System compatibility section)

Here is what I found while testing this web site's Flash animations.

Running Windows XP required no modifications (XP ships with Internet Explorer 6.0) and worked perfectly.

To run this page on any version of Internet Explorer less than 6.0 you will need to download a Macromedia Flash Player plugin from Microsoft. It should provide you with a link to download the plugin or it might download it automatically it depends on your security settings. (You can make an older version of MSIE work although I recommend just upgrading to IE 6.0 or greater, it is a free upgrade from Microsoft and will provide better security and more features.)

If you are running Mozilla or Mozilla Firefox in Microsoft Windows or Linux you may need to download a plugin to play the flash objects. Firefox should have a link to the plugins that you need to download. (Tested on Windows98se,Windows2000 Pro, Windows XP Pro, Windows XP Home SP2, Red Hat Linux 8.0, Fedora Core 1, and Knoppix Linux 4.5)

The Konqueror web browser included with most Linux distributions require you to download a plugin to play the flash objects. (Tested with Red Hat Linux 8.0, Fedora Core 1, and Knoppix Linux 4.5)

Once the plugins were downloaded and installed all of the installations worked absolutely perfectly.

3.

If you are using a MAC you may experience slight color variations from the what you might see if you were using Linux or MS Windows. This is caused by some versions of MAC-OS (that can't display as many colors than Linux or Windows) approximating colors.

If you are using Linux , Windows, or a newer version of MAC OS there should be no compatibility issues at all.

I didn't include this file because there were many known issues, actually there are less problems with this page than most, but I still wanted any issues that existed to be easily fixed.
